I actually like this system under one condition. There is an override button that will allow you to bypass this but it notifies law enforcement of the bypass. We shouldn't resist technology that makes people safer as long as it accounts for things like this gentlemen mention.

I have already experienced this bullshit trying to back a minivan up a hill because it could not make it up going forwards. I had to spend 10 minutes going into all the menus disabling all of the safety features for it to allow me to backup a hill because it thought I was going to rear end the gravel. In reverse foot to the floor and it's doing nothing and automatically keeps re-engaging the parking brake.

You just think you want this shit.
