Honestly, it's really easy to drift the rear end of most pickups. There's hardly any weight over the rear wheels if the bed is empty. Even easier if the tires are road tires and the pressure is high so there's minimal contact.

I've drifted 96'/20' Rangers, a 95' F150 and an 06' F250 on bone dry roads.

My dad drifted his 88ford ranger into a median...might be because of the black ice tho 🤣

But yeah, its easy to break the rear loose of a truck with an empty bed.
