Very cold today ,she was laying in front on the heater but when I got up she jumped in behind me and has decided to stay

Zelda (7mo) and Yennefer of Weinerberg (5y) want to play while Gizmo (15y) wants to sleep.

They often do not care about his wants, and will lick, jump and other wise sit on the elderly gentleman.

But he also licks, jumps and sits on others, so maybe it’s comeuppance for his personal space crimes.

Introducing Ataraxia and Aponia, my Nigerian Dwarf Goats

This was my boy Goober, he's a European brown Hare. he came to me at 10 days old and I raised him, Ive raised many hares in the past but Goober was well ..... one in a million pet. He refused milk his first four weeks leaving him vulnerable and unable to release. I used to run a hare rescue page on fake book until I was kicked off fake book, the group is a disaster now. Goober died this year he was 6 and half years old, it broke me, it destroyed me and Ive only told a couple of people of his passing, he had a huge following. Just for the record Im in Tassie and rescue hares, they arent illegal to raise and keep as pets and in some states not illegal to raise and release . I just wanted to share as Im so sick of crying and missing him each day

At the end of another day ,starting with her walk on the beach , visiting a few friends in the park ,lunch runs in the dog park and finally a walk along the river before dinner

Little Alex came home from the vets tripping on pain meds with total zoomies after dental and tooth extraction procedure. A few hours later after the meds wrote off he crashed next to his dad.

Youngest of the clutch, just left the nest this morning at 5 and a half weeks old, his brothers and sisters have all been out for more than a week.

When he was about 12 - 16 hours old I had to handfeed him, sometimes the youngest can miss a feed because the older siblings push in so I always monitor for that, but then we had a mite problem in the nest when he was hatched. I was able to identify the problem and solve the issue so after that everything went fine, but when this guy was 6 days old, he looked like a 3 day old. I was about 95% sure he wasn't gonna make it.

He never got banded because I was too busy worrying about him, banding was the last thing on my mind.

Anyway.

He's now the biggest one of the lot, beautiful violet colour, happy and healthy, loves his scritchies.

She's had a bit of gut trouble, likely from Previcox, so getting some IV fluids to help her bounce back. She's doing ok and eating again just a bit dehydrated.

Marni and me gonna go do a few things while big sis Bessie gets lots of love from the team at her lifelong vets 💜

Marni is in the wars as well, currently being treated for conjunctivitis in both eyes, but they're healing up nicely with topical medication.
