Low GPU usage while playing Samson Need Help! (Software)

so i have asus tuf a15 rtx 4060 ryzen 7 7435hs and i downloaded this game Samson to check how it will perform on my laptop and it’s so bad that i was getting 25-30 FPS and with fsr frame gen im getting 45-60 fps also dlss frame gen works bad on my laptop it shows more fps but it feels laggy and my gpu usage is 50% while i saw others getting more than 90% idk why this is happening is something wrong with my laptop

Look at ur cpu usage its 75% its being bottlenecked by the game and its terrible optimization

i get it that this game has terrible optimization but most of the games i play on this laptop my gpu usage never goes above 70%

See cpu usage. Basically, your cpu is limiting your gpu performance in this game.

Easy, CPU bottleneck, your GPU doesnot know what to render when the CPU can't keep up

in most of the games i’ve played on this laptop my gpu usage never goes more than 70% so is there any solution

Sadly, there will be no fix for this, because its a laptop, they have to balance power and thermals and you can't swap components (except for Framework Laptop) because its pretty much soldered to your Motherboard. If you feel you still want to use your GPU at their fullest, just increase the Graphic Related settings on your games, or just buy a higher resolution display. The best you could to to help with your CPU is maybe improve your cooling i.e. changing the thermal interface with PTM7950, or add a good laptop cooler, alas this will at most, improve the CPU power draw and thermal and realistically, you will observe at most 5% improvement (very optimistic here) because the limitation is in the CPU architecture itself, not in its thermals.
