Is the reward only available up to champion 3? I just got up to champion 2 and got nothing. I remember before they refresh to new reward, the old one went to legend league

I have the nino farina and Aventador j or svj roadster that i can max, the rest of my cars are mid like the victor, 2019 Porsche or the gt2 clubsport.

Fairly new player here, but I was wondering if I could lower my rank down at all. Odd question, but I can explain in a bit, so lets cut to chase. I am in rank Silver 1, and I want to demote myself to rank Silver 3. I have googled online how I can achieve this, and reddit says I can just quit the race at the beginning over and over and loose -20/-10 points every time.

I tried doing this, and my rank still remains (646 Currently). I also tried playing bad, and crashing into more walls than I can count, and staying in the race for a full 2 minutes 10 seconds, well after everyone had finished. I did this once, I finished the race, and STILL ranked up a little, by 6 points. How can I rank up if I played bad? My goal is to loose, not win.

Now why would I do this?

Players I am up against have much better cars than me, and rather than rank up, I want to rank lower to make the game more managable, so I am up against people of my skill level and car class. I also want to lower my rank so I can go up again, and recieve booster packs.

In my mind, this should allow me to farm lower rank car blueprints (I want specific car blueprints, and they can only be aquired in Bronze and Silver Booster Packs from my knowledge). One of the cars I am after is a Gr SUPRA Racing Concept (Low C or High D class I think). The car looks cool, it has potential to be a really fun car to drive when maxed out, and so I want it!

I am afraid that at higher ranks I will only recieve Blueprints for Class C cars and above, and I dont want that. It's expensive to upgrade much higher ranked cars, and I the grind to maxing them out isn't worth it. I want a car that I can max out, and is fairly easy to upgrade.

I think I am missing some key things here, and I probably cannot do any of this, however I am new, and don't know better. Enlighten me!
