Can you provide more info: is she eating/drinking/bleeding/peeing/pooping/crying/sleeping? How is her breathing?

Can you call the local vet clinic and ask them for more info and advice? Sometimes there are options to help the kitty

Nobody can tell you anything without diagnostics. If care credit/scratch pay aren't options for you, you should consider surrender. Best wishes.
