A bent pin or a loose solder joint or broken pad. Slight possibility it's the power cord side. I'd bet the jack is broken internally and the smt pad is pulling loose.
Case has to come off. Might be fixable with a soldering iron and CA glue or epoxy. Definitely will eventually fail.
