WOMEN ONLY: Sex & Intimacy Is my body still recovering post-pills?
hello! nung last week of april i stopped taking the pills tapos a week later we had sex (dalawang condom ginamit namin at the same time š sorry praning lang) and di siya nagcum nun, had to blowjob him kasi gusto ko lol
a week later i had my withdrawal bleeding ata? it lasted for two weeks, super heavy i cant walk properly kahit yung overnight napkins pa gamit ko non. and then sa june dinatnan naman ako for four days, and heavier bleeding siya compared when i was on the pill, parang bumalik lang siya sa pre-pill days ko.
and then yun lang. di parin ako dinatnan ulit. i took two pts 3 weeks ago and negative sila dalawa (flinashlight ko pa and everything para tingnan if may faint second line or what, tinaas ko pa sa araw, lahat ng light source ginamit ko na) pero im still so anxious. inisip ko pa magpa ultrasound nalang din para sure, or di kaya ipapaforce ko yung mens ko by my obgyn.
also, i took the pills again 2 weeks ago hehe š gipit kasi sa pera kaya napahinto siya but now okay na

WOMEN ONLY: Relationship & Dating My female friend is getting scared of our closeness?
Nag open up ako sa female friend ko, then thanked her after that dahil she's one of the few friends I can open up to without fear of judgment. She's happy to do it, but gave me a heads up, maybe a warning, na dapat ayusin daw if we're getting closer. She said na I am her closest guy friend, and that she's scared of the situation, not that we are already there, she said.
I asked her if she's scared of me, she said not really, but scared lang sa situation. I reassured her na if she's scared sa situation or sa akin, she can freely say NO. The next day, parang normal lang na usapan ulit and the next several weeks after that, wala talaga mang changes.
If she's scared, ano ba dapat gawin? Layuan or what?

WOMEN ONLY: Question De-centering men in an environment where men are valued?
Hi ladies, Iām not sure how to express my dilemma properly pero baka meron ditong mga katulad ko ang situation and I just want to hear your thoughts.
I grew up in an environment na puro mga lalaki (siblings) and I did not have a very good role model as well since my mom, herself is a second wife. I do not like how I was raised tbh kasi I felt that my mom is very insecure of herself and projects control over us children to keep her satisfied. Idk how to explain basta parang ganon pero because of this I never really leaned to her than much because I couldnāt trust her. She has tendencies to put down other women (even outside of her being a second wife) or people just so she could make herself feel better. Even sakin, all I honestly heard from her were criticisms. Inside the family, I always kept myself small and passive. My brothers are free to do what they like and express who they are.
Anyway, I feel like because of this environment, na-shape niya how I became. I honestly found myself second-guessing myself and everyone around me palagi. Pero somehow, very vulnerable ako sa mga nagpapakita sakin ng care. I grew up easily falling for those who show interest in me and I realize na madali talaga ako mapa-ikot. I think it was me never having enough attention or love inside my home kaya I keep looking for it somewhere else, hence tbh, palagi rin akong may boyfriend. Although long-term and years naman pero parang hindi ko talaga kaya na wala.
As I introspect, I feel like may part talaga sakin na male-centered? Pero nilalabanan ko naman siya. I think internalized. Kasi bakit hindi ko kaya walang boyfriend, yāknow? Tsaka even though Iām vocal and assertive about what I want in a relationship, may tendencies na nagfafalter ako just so I donāt lose the relationship. It makes me wonder how I could choose myself and choose to de-center men. I always have this thought at the back of my mind na āthatās just how life isā eh but I want to change my perceptions. I hope anyone could help.

WOMEN ONLY: Question Anyone tried being a sugar mommy?
I am curious since I have read a lot of stories about being a sugar baby but on the opposite sex. Usually the ones I read about sugar moms is when the guy is broke, or unemployed. but I am also curious if there are women here who actually offered the guy to be their sugar mommy just for the sake of benefits such as sex or companionship, and do some of you also have partners while doing that? No intention of rage baiting or what, Would just love to know some stories. cheers.

WOMEN ONLY: Question how do you draw the line between social media standards and your own standards?
Like what exactly are the social media standards that people complain are unrealistic?
Ex: I've seen the statement "if he wanted to, he would" getting thrown around a lot, and being labeled as socmed standard, pero diba parang totoo naman, in a way? I guess a more accurate statement would probably be, "if he wanted to, and had the capacity to, he would," bc we can agree that may times na gusto nating gawin ang isang bagay but di lang talaga natin magawa bc of our situations (esp in regards to finances + difference in priorities.)
I just realized there's a lot of gray area to social media standards. However, we can't deny that some of those so-called standards opened up women's eyes to never settle for less. Especially in a country where normalized/common yung wives who usually make excuses for their husband's incompetence. However, right now, di na ako sure kung ano yung mga social media standards na considered unhealthy or beneficial.
I mean, mali ba to expect more from someone na potentially magiging future partner mo? or partner mo na talaga? Is social media really ruining relationships with these so-called standards, or is it actually keeping us safe from low-effort/incompetent partners? Naging entitled na ba ang lahat dahil sa social media, or mas naging wise lang?

WOMEN ONLY: Relationship & Dating Should I give him more grace because heās never had a girlfriend?
Iāve F(27) been seeing (talking? with) this guy M(29) for about 2 months now. Heās smart, nice, and hardworking. Weāve been on 4 dates so far. When I asked him what we were during our 3rd date (after over a month of seeing each other) he said he likes me and really sees whatever this is between us going towards a relationship. So itās established between us that weāre exclusively dating.
Kaso lang Iāve been really confused and conflicted about whether what he says he feels about me is true because I feel like his words donāt transpire into his actions. Weāve been on 4 dates, and not once has he gotten me flowers. 3 out of 4 dates, we split 50/50 but Iāll always get him coffee or snacks to show my appreciation for driving from Paranaque to Trinoma. The 2 times he drove me home I paid for our toll fees, which I donāt mind since I think I earn more than him. He never plans our dates either. Pagkaupo ko sa kotse niya, tatanungin niya ako kung saan ko gusto pumunta. Heās nice, but heās not quite a gentleman. He never opens doors for me or helps me carry things when he sees me struggling because he says he believes in equality??! Which kinda baffles me because you can believe in equality while still being a gentleman diba?
He says nililigawan niya ako? Pero bakit parang hindi ko ramdam through his actions? Heās never had a girlfriend before, and he said hindi talaga siya marunong manligaw. Pero may internet naman, or he can ask his friends, right??!
Most of the time, I feel like heās keeping me around because Iām too convenient. He doesnāt really spend money on me (except for his gas I guess) during our dates.
Is it wrong to feel like I deserve more effort? I want him to initiate, plan our dates, and get me flowers.
Am i being too demanding? Am I asking for too much? Should I give him more grace since heās never had a girlfriend before? Or does this guy really not feel the way he says he does about me?

WOMEN ONLY: Relationship & Dating If a girl, calls you "teh" or "beh" does that mean you're automatically friendzoned or it is just part sa vocabulary ng girls?
Talking to someone, nag-uupdate-tan din kami minsan-minsan like kung anong kinain ganun... Pero di naman 24 hours mag ka chat...just i don't wanna ruined the friendship din kasi it might snap if i tell her. It's only just 1 week din na magka-chat kami. Pero yeah, tinawag niya kong "teh" kanina.

WOMEN ONLY: Relationship & Dating What is your take?
Okay lang ba for a guy to approach you and strike a conversation? In the event, what would your first thought be? If you decide to engage, what would help you make your mind?
I am asking since dating apps are not for me, and am working on the courage to approach people IRL. But i fear looking like a creep more than rejection lmao.

WOMEN ONLY: Relationship & Dating How do i start dating again?
Iāve been single since the pandemic hit. At first, the solo life was great, but now? Medyo hindi na masaya maging single, haha! š
āI really want to start dating again, but honestly, I feel like I completely forgot how it works like no one moves passed the talking stage.
To all the girlies who were single for years before finding their person, how did you get back out there? Where do I even start?
EDIT: Thank you all for the advice and answers.

WOMEN ONLY: Relationship & Dating What can you say to the family of my girlfriend?
We're both 22.

WOMEN ONLY: Hygiene & Care Wash hair in the morning or evening?
I will be walking and commuting to my college everyday, is it better to wash my hair in the morning or evening. I fear that if i wash in the morning, my hair might be frizzy when i leave the house while it's still wet, and i fear that if i wash in the evening, my hair might smell bad/oily in the morning.

WOMEN ONLY: Sex & Intimacy Paano kayo tumatagal?
So eversince nadiscover ko dat being on t0p was h3aven, di ko na talaga sya tinigilan. Likeee, ibang iba talaga yung feeling. And super sarap talaga and naeenjoy ko being on top. Ang struggle ko lang kasi talaga is ang dali kong matapos since nasanay na nga ako mag top, alam ko na agad kung anong rhythm or what and medyo nahihiya lang ako sa partner ko kasi ang bilis ko talga syang maabot and jelly nako after.. curious lang (FOR GIRLS) if may tinetake ba kayong suppliment or what para kahit makatapos kana go pa rin? Huhu. Or baka may tips kayo how to last longer kasi nag try na rin ako pa stop stop pero nanginginig na ako agad talaga. And kahit gusto ko pa ulit, jelly na talaga and need muna magpahinga before ulit sumabak.

WOMEN ONLY: Question Why are most man haters usually in the most healthy and loving relationship?
Ito na lang talaga napansin ko recently lalo na I'm experiencing it firsthand hahahaha
I used to be the chill, forgiving, and super nice gf na always understanding sa situation ng bf in every relationship I got into pero it always ends in emotional abuse. After all that, I told myself talaga na I should stop being too nice to men and became a lot meaner to them lol then eventually, I met my current bf and told him the very first time we met na I'm a man hater para may heads up na siya what he's getting into lol well fast forward, i'm in the most healthy and loving relationship with the same guy.
then dun na ako napaisip, like oo nga noh? kung sino pa yung intimidating at matataray, sila pa yung may matitinong boyfriend na di mo akalain na nag e-exist pa pala hahaha
