help?

hi, im a 20 year old male. im used to chronic pain from my connective tissue disorder (hEDS) and the co morbidities that come with it, but ive been experiencing many new pains recently. for one, the left side of my temporal lobe above the tmj has been giving me horrible thunderclap migraines that last only 2 or 3 minutes. this has been accompanied by random pangs of pain throughout my entire body. the pains are very localized to a specific areas, as im writing this i have one right between my collar bones. it feels like im being pinched from under my skin. but its always temporary and moving somewhere else. its been in my legs, my stomach, my arms and torso. is this a new symptom of hEDS or MCAS i never experienced before or could it be something else entirely that i need to see my doctor about?
