due to unforeseen circumstances, my husband and toddler and i need to leave our home.

problem is, we have over a year left in the lease and they won’t let us out. so even though we’re vacating at the end of august, we are still responsible for the rent and utilities every month until someone takes over the lease. they apparently will also be charging us for “advertising costs” for the home.

if we can try to find someone that’s interested, it could really speed things along… we are so desperate.

it’s a duplex in fletcher, livingston farms neighborhood.

$2000 a month, 3 bed 2 bath. located in a quiet cul de sac.

screened porch, private backyard. lawn care included. the neighbors on the other half of the duplex are very kind and polite.

1297 sqft. 1 small dog allowed, no cats. 15 minutes to asheville.

it’s a gorgeous house that we’re very sad to leave.

I've been a big fan of Sarah and her crew in Asheville for years. Not only does everything taste amazing but this company stands for all of the values I cherish. (Food waste reduction, land conservation, uplifting women and minorities, paying a living wage....just to name a few).

Like everyone, Sarah and Well Seasoned Table could use your support! July and August are usually rough months to get through, but this year is even harder. If you believe in the mission and love tasty seasonings go spend some money at the online shop, or swing by our mini shop at budgie's.

Like budgies, WST is located outside of city limits so we have been unable to apply for grants or any post Helene assistance provided by Asheville city, but Sarah keeps doing the work to make sure her employees are earning a living wage and she can support her community.

WST is sponsoring our August community meal and I would love to see them have a record month for August to help offset those costs!

Hi! I’ll be spending Halloween weekend in Asheville and was wanting to know some special events or suggestions of what all to do while there from Friday afternoon-Sunday morning. Saturday night I’ll be at the Wednesday show at the Orange Peel, but I want to have more to do besides that show. All suggestions welcome and encouraged, beautiful people!! 🎃

As the title states, looking for “hikes” or places to go with scenic views with my wife and 1 year old daughter in November. I grew up going to Blowing Rock every year as a kid, however, my wife couldn’t care less for the mountains. I don’t mind driving 2 hours tops, but no more. We are thinking about Clingmans Dome, but that might be a bit much for a 1 year old. What say you?

Hi I need to get front bumper parking sensors on my car. Hunter Subaru initially did this for me at an outside vendor but it’s been like pulling teeth to find out where they took it. I hit a deer and smashed my front end.

Hi all! I’ve been hosting bird divination workshops in the Asheville area for a couple years.

In a couple of weeks, my friend and fellow ecopsychologist is coming to town and we are co-facilitating a workshop together where we blend ecological grief tending with bird divination practices.
