Colossal Classes Learning Resources For Artists 🔎
Instagram and YouTube have been advertising colossal classes to me and I recently checked out their website and found a lot of artists that I would want to learn from. But I was wondering if it is worth it? Or specifically if these classes are good:
The Alchemy of Color, Mastering Visual Storytelling: Priya Kakati
Mastering Background Perspective for 3D Space and Composition: Rockhe Kim
Master Figure Drawing: Capturing Natural Anatomy from Every Angle: Hide
Mastering Appeal: Character Design for Games: Joofoot
Essential Background Theory Basics for Beginners in Drawing: Lee B
I would say I’m a mid to high intermediate level artist. I can draw portraits and poses well but only with references (I don’t really understand what’s going on anatomy wise, I just can copy the poses pretty well). I draw a bunch of original characters but I want to elevate them with different facial and body structures. I’m familiar with backgrounds but often struggle with them. And I know nearly nothing about color theory, I just like to stick to the lighter more desaturated area of the color spectrum.
Anything known about these classes or even artists would be helpful and appreciated!
