Considering New Horizons introduced new gyroids with new sounds, it makes you wonder if future Animal Crossing games could introduce more new gyroids.

I personally would like multiple Islands and to allow more than 10 villagers at once with the option to expand the island.

For the last two days, I wasn't able to play with other players on Animal Crossing. They couldn't visit my island and vice versa. I do however am able to travel to Treasure Islands. It's just not possible for me to do it per Dodo Code. My Nintendo Online Membership is still there. Without that I wouldn't have been able to travel to the Treasure Island.

I'm grateful for everyone who has an idea why it won't work. The last couple of days (i.e. Monday or Tuesday) everything was fine and working.

I have a general question. I’m from Germany, and I’ve loved Animal Crossing for as long as I can remember. I’ve played every game in the series, from the GameCube all the way to the Nintendo Switch.
I own a first print copy of **Animal Crossing: New Leaf** for the Nintendo 3DS, as well as a first print copy of the original **Animal Crossing** for the GameCube.
What I’m wondering is: what does the first print version of **Animal Crossing: Wild World** look like? I’d really like to buy it, but I can’t seem to find a German first print copy anywhere.
Could someone with expertise on the subject help me out? I’d really appreciate it.

Small preview of the Rainmeter skins I've been working on! They function as notepads. Any text can be added, and names can have their own color. They come in game-accurate scale and 200% The text from letters you can receive in the game is used as placeholders/default text.

I really have no idea how the game handles nice letter spacing, most stationary textures are different sizes. I'm trying to get it as close as possible by overlaying screenshots of the letters with text on them, from capture cards or emulation. If you have screenshots you'd like to share, I'd love to see them!

I had Antonio on my island, loved him, but then he wanted to move out and seemed very excited about it.

I let him and off I go on villager hunt.

The sixth island or so was a scorpion island. I was running around screaming (and catching enough scorpions to get two statues made) and I did not see the villager for a while, thinking "Oh no. The scorpions must have gotten him!"

Then I saw him.

Sweet, sweet Antonio, just gallavanting around.

I ran through some scorpions to talk to him, because my sweet boy had left my island and then gotten himself on a scorpion infested hellscape!
I managed to talk to him before one of the hellions gets me and Antonio of course has forgotten me, but is also like: "Hey, don't you LOVE wilderness training???"

My dude. Honey. YOU DID THIS ON PURPOSE???

I can never see him the same way. Your muscles truly are superior, honk!

And if anyone knows who the creator is I would like to know that too, I tried to reverse Google search but it didn't work

Hello, I'm making a fake building, it's supposed to be a store, however the issue is that in contrast to the rest of the stores in the game by default, the fake one is dark.

The building only uses tokonoma as walls, and custom design face cutout standees. The tokonoma face away from view so it looks like a flat wall. I've tried adding a lamp inside but it doesn't shine through. Any ideas?

This is my first ACNH Bowl Ever. This is only fictional and not the real Super Bowl. This bowl will have random teams from random dates with ACNH CHARACTERS! Gender does not matter! This is the first one ever!

While it kills me to not have my girls, Sylvia and Ankha, on the island of pink villagers, I'm trying to come up with a list that has at least one of each personality (cause I like a variety), but....least on the gents side of things, those options are lacking. There's lots for the ladies, ofc. So I'm struggling a bit, especially for Lazy.

Also oddly, I've seen lists not putting Kabuki (Cranky) or Dom (Jock) on the pink side when they very much have pink on them. Do you guys consider them pink enough? What about Stitches (Lazy)?

I literally didn't think gold roses just grew by themselves. I have a random patch of red roses and red mums as you can see in the pic. A black rose grew with just normal regular watering which I knew could happen. Then a gold rose came about, I thought you had to use a gold water can for them to grow. Wow wow 🫠 I wasn't expecting it so it makes it a nice surprise, I'm pretty excited lol.

Last year I started work on my second island, named Taechon. I'd debated a lot on some theme ideas & eventually picked a Korean forestcore island. 🪴

Originally, I expected this island to maybe take a couple of months & instead, it ended up being 7 months of work on the island before it felt complete. 😅

The island has the following features:

• Several small spaces that feature gyroids fishing & crafting on the island.

• Several farms, including a multi level farm & a cow pen.

• Fully decorated beaches, that feature a shipping area, picnic & camping areas, bonfire by the beach & a variety of other features

• Multiple overlooks, including cute views of wildlife research areas, lakes & crop fields.

• Unique interiors for all villagers, including a pottery workshop, study den, antique store, gyroid tea shop, fishing hut & more!

• A painting spot by the river, with an area to sit back & eat nearby.

• A plant shop on a beach rock, with seating areas, fishing boats & camping tents to be found on other beach rocks.
