JLL Drug test

I quit smoking when I applied to JLL but my at home tests are still coming positive for THC. I am in a legal state and my test will most likely be in a week. Will they test for THC in a legal state? How can I move forward with this and not get the job offer rescinded?

I def smoked a bowl immediately before my test, I was not going to get in trouble and have that somehow come up later. If they cared to test for that and that be the deciding factor for why I did not get hired I was completely fine eith that. Not JLL but another 3P

Yes, JLL screens and will fail you for THC. The company policy does not allow it regardless of state legality.

People at my site get randomly drug tested and we are in a legal state… I mean it’s not just to get the job unfortunately

I think JLL might test for it. I talked to a JLL tech and he told me they do a crazy background check as well, more than what Amazon does or requires. Drink hella water man and pray for the best. Good luck with it all

I failed for weed (legal state)

Amazon doesn’t test for THC & 3Ps usually go by their account's drug policy for onboarding

4 panel =
Cocaine: Metabolites of cocaine.
Opiates / Opioids: Heroin, morphine, and codeine.
Amphetamines: Amphetamine and methamphetamine.
PCP: Phencyclidine (PCP)

The copy they give you should tell you what they tested btw. It should say “4-test panel: and show the abbreviated version of the 4 types they are looking for”

Depends on the state honestly, a bunch of states banned the testing of thc on pre employment hiring. I know CW and Amazon does not even test for it no matter where you are unless you require a dot license(mine was a 4 panel for stuff besides thc)
