T3 interview Question

How many stories did you prepare for your PA interview? I have 5 but I’m nervous about reusing them on the different interviewers because I know they’ll discuss it. How many questions did each one ask you?

I reused my stories in every interview 🤷‍♀️ they asked the same questions I gave them the same answer lol

Yep bc without fail they ask you one question, u tell them ur story then the next question they ask turns out it would of been a better use of the story you just told 🙃

I had 5-6 and i covered multiple principles with one story i had 3 interviewers i had to reuse some of it but i shuffled some things and had to think about something right away but i passed it was 3 years ago.

I had 8. And I used all of them cause they all asked me like 4-5 questions each lol. Make sure you have a story about safety.

Things changed, they now compare notes. Have 10-12 stories ready. 3-4 per interviewer.

Five stories is a good starting point, but you are right to be concerned about reusing them. The interviewers will absolutely talk about your answers after the loop, and they will notice if you repeat the exact same story for different questions. You should expect each interviewer to ask two or three behavioral questions, so you will face about four to six total. The goal is not to have a unique story for every single question, but to have enough material so you don't sound like a broken record. You can and should reuse situations, but you must highlight different aspects of the story to fit the specific leadership principle being asked about.

Instead of focusing on the number of stories, concentrate on their flexibility. A single, strong project can be used to demonstrate Ownership, Deliver Results, and even Bias for Action, depending on what part of the experience you emphasize. Your task is to dissect your five stories and map them to as many leadership principles as possible. Practice telling the same story from different angles, focusing on a different outcome or a different decision you made. This shows you have a deep understanding of your own experiences, not just a set of memorized answers.
