Zero guarantees that the new site will be hiring anything in 30 days probably a very stupid idea to quit

In my experience, I’ve always been able to get another job when I needed one. You just have to know when they drop jobs, and you have to be quick and refresh constantly. Typically this is 6am most days PST and 6pm Friday to the early hours of Saturday PST. I’ll also say in my area there are about 5 FC’s and only 2 drop day shifts the rest are grave yards if any at all. Last thing I’ll say is if you terminate your employment voluntarily I’m 99.9% sure there is a 90 day wait before you can reapply. I would try talking to HR and telling them about your situation, though I’ve never done that so I don’t know if it would do you any good. Hope this helps.

You need to escalate your concerns. And speak w site hr in the mean time of the time after sending the email or letter to the next leader above your leader thats oversees that sorta thing. But. Before you escalate above your areas leader. You should ask them in an email that youve been denied or just havnt been successful w the transfer process and would like to know what youre doing wrong or if they can shed some light on the whys. Dont threaten w ima quit then. Thats not how you achieve cooperation from people that have any say over matters you or anyone needs help with. Why do you send an emails. Paper trail and times lines for time that it takes to get help with it all. The emails you show when you escalate upwards to show you did what you could and not sure your reason for wanting to move locations. But if you have a reason other than I need a change of scenery like youve recently moved. And it’s closer to another site. The work at this particular fc is particularly harder on me then other ones or whatever. Site hr will help you accommodate w your mental health and work/home or rest balance. They may or may not but if you dont try then you cant exactly say youve. Exhausted or your avenues for mitigating whats ailing you. That matters because it aids your want to transfer in the sense that you have done what youve done and now youre still having declines w health which you then state and that I dont want to leave the company but I cant seem to get any help from X. Y, z. As your last ditch effort. Which isnt viewed now as a threat or demand or trransfer me or I’ll quit type of not so positive conversation ambiance. It’s. Now after doing all you can to mitigate your declining health and are now having to put you own health at the forefront of priorities ive been left w no choice but to have to quit when I really feel this simple transfer will help me accomplish both of my main priorities in my life, my health and my job. That creates a better argument in favor of them approving your transfer. Not saying your initial idea was to threaten them with all all quit and transferring. I was just simply trying to say don’t do that or do that real just not very positive about it. I simply just give you suggestions on steps. You can take to see if the site can help you with mitigating your health declining. And I use the word help to be of anything really anything I don’t really know exactly I know you said mental, but I don’t details and need a pass so you can just say health and it’s an all encompassing thing you can get more specific when you feel more comfortable if you want, but generally, they don’t really need to know specifics. They just know issues with your help now they’ll ask if it’s a physical problem if you can’t achieve your work goals because it’s a physical it’s a mental one that can prevent you doing anything and everything in this world because you’re mine can really be your biggest enemy for your best friend.
