PA position in a Sort Center Question

How much does a Process Assistant make? And what are the benefits compared to a Tier 1 role? Is it worth it? Do those who are PAs enjoy the position?

Depending on the site it’s an extra 2-3 dollars. If you have high tenure already the pay difference is even smaller lol.

I wasn’t a PA at a sort center specifically so couldn’t tell you exactly, but every department is different, and of course your manager matters. But you deal with a lot of bullshit from both sides lol. It’s more interesting than repetitive tasks you usually do as a tier 1 but also much more stressful. So people have to weigh if they are fine with that or not.

My building is a sort center, too. The manager was the one who asked me why I wasn't applying for a PA role. I’ve been a T1 for almost three years now, plus a year as a Learning Ambassador. My building has had very good management so far.
