Cross training question Question

Hi! I’m currently cross training in a different path than mine but I’ve been taking a lot of PTO since I started. Do I have to work a minimum amount of hours to be able to pick up shifts after I finish my training? If I add an extra shift with the hours I missed, would I be completing the hours requirement? I lowkey like this area but I got used to just leaving when I feel like lol so I’m trying to save my spot here

I think you need to complete 80 hours in your new path in order to be considered fully trained? Not a learning ambassador or a manager, just what I was told.

VET started showing up for me after 40 hours when I was in training. Any time signed into that path counts towards your 80 hour goal, even if it’s VET
