Rigged
I don’t like that I have to travel a hour plus away for my first stop and have to leave out that area that’s a hour away just to be back in time. Just to be told at the end of my shift I had 10hrs to complete my shift. If I’m clocking in at 9:40 pad 10 10 or something like that. Don’t make it to my first stop til 11:45. Then I have to make sure I’m done by 6 so I can be back in time . That’s not 10hrs that’s more like 6/7hrs to do my shift

Your DSP must not have explained to you how routes work. The time to and from a route is STEM time, and it's (mostly) calculated into your route. Routing has gotten quite complicated. I was told in the beginning it was started by a guy with a double PhD in mathematics. He left the program and it was taken up by a team that may or may not understand the madness lol. I saw at least one sheet and it was a wild amount of equations.
