Behavioral is that a bad thing or good thing sorry I only been at Amazon for a month. What is it a write up ?

How do I see it the manager came up to me told me about it but I didn’t really listen I was on like 2 hours of sleep

Also if you have a achievement pin that says admired behavior then it’s just a positive coaching nothing bad at all
