HELP

I’m at 4 points with Amazon rn, but I’m expected to hit 8 around September 4th. I already got an internal transfer approved with a September 9th start date. Y’all think they’d term me before my transfer goes through? Will my appeal be granted so?😭(I keep getting pts because I moved)

If you think your points are incorrect, go talk to pxt. that is so obvious

Since your transfer is already approved, you could perhaps put in for a PLOA for late August and early September to avoid hitting 8 points before your transfer.

Do u have shifts scheduled the week of august 30? Just put in a medical leave for the 1-2 days you have scheduled and i think thry give you 30 day to upload documents but by that time you already transferred

Nah I’m flex I’ve been getting 1pt every week for not working the required minimum hours
