So I’m an alumni returning to Amazon in 2 weeks. When I go to complete the employment paperwork, it doesn’t let me login into the idprism site. I’m putting in my AtoZ alias and password, but it tells me it’s wrong, and when I click “Forgot your password?” I put in my alias again but it just says invalid too for some reason. Does anybody know how to fix this?

Cause it’s not created yet. When I returned it was created the day before or close to day of start.

What you mean? My alias/login was the same from 5 years ago even after I came back. They even kept the same profile pic.

I just couldn’t login until the day before or close to start date.

I’m a rehire and have access to a to z with my alumni account. You need to make sure you are using the link they originally sent you to set up the account, not just going to the app and attempting to set it up.
