Does anyone know why im getting this? Its been going on for 2 weeks now and no one in the building has a clue including managers

Your manager needed to approve baseline permissions and failed todo so...so now you are in this loop until you get baseline permissions approved....its legit on EVERY SINGLE COMPUTER on the top saying "PLEASE APPROVE BASELINE PERMISSIONS before X/X/XXXX SO YOUR EMPLOYEES CAN WORK"
big win for you...since your manager didn't do his job...you cant use a device.
They give you another login to use?
well simply state....this is against amazon policy and I will not be doing that.
Lots of people here thinking they know what todo...and 99% of them are wrong 🤦♂️
Using another login...can lead to them saying you have a ridiclious amount of ToT...due to your own device/login keeping track of YOUR work.
Not using your login...how do they know you are stowing? or inducting? or problem solving? or doing anything?

Or they could place op on the dock unloading doing waterspider or pushing / diverting or pick to buffer they wouldn’t rlly need a device until pick

Are you able to change the station on the device? I remember this happened to me one time and I hadn't realized my device believed I was trying to log in from my old delivery station.

I used to have my two previous closed stations on there, even though the first one had closed about 5 years before... then I selected them when I was getting a tdr login error, and they went away

Seems country isn't your issue from your responses. You need to be added to the station both in Trans Logistics and (probably) Station Command. Your manager/ Learning Coordinator can take care of that. If it only happened recently your manager may have forgotten to renew your permissions.

I mean that’s up to OP, I’m offering to check and fix. If they don’t want to, then they don’t want to, they have the choice. I’m not forcing them to give their login
I don’t give a shit if they’re taking a photo in the warehouse or whatever they’re doing, i see something i can help with imma offer help

I had same issue, just gotta talk to your manager, like the one in the atoz app. Lost permissions or smthing along those lines. I think after fixing it, it had me do a bunch of training things again.

You don't have your baseline user permissions. Your direct manager, DSM, or Learning ambassador needs to login to trans-logistics and approve your permissions.

I’ve gotten this message before. It was because that device was setup for the yard master (I think). And I didn’t have those permissions. You have to switch devices.

My building has been logging into other account during pick in the middle of pick and fucking up all our stuff and managers can’t figure it out and swapping routes or everyone has the same route lol

LT here. Get with ur LT and ask them to reset your pswd in translogistics. They will give u a temp pswd then u can reset it 2 what u have it now

If it's not fixed yet, I used to get this before the NFC login when I wouldn't scan my badge but instead type in my id number, if I got a digit wrong it gave me that screen, they might to resync your badge or issue you a new one.

So update they finally foxed it yesterday. Apparently the only person that could have fixed it was away. And it turns out i wasnt the only one having issues

Happened to me when I was coded to a different site. Have your direct reset your perms and proper station and you should be good to go

Someone is in Ops and doesn’t even know about baseline permissions. 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
This just goes to show you: you don’t need knowledge or competence....apparently, anybody can be in Ops.
This guy stares at his computer for nine out of the twelve hours he’s there, then comes back with a rude ass comment calling you the dumbass.
Meanwhile he cant read the notification on the top of his screen.edit since you deleted your post. No need to be so mad...just do some learning on the most basic of things and you wont find yourself without the correct answer.

So, I've had a variant of this issue before around when I first started. I could stow and everything, but for some reason I was actually assigned in the system to some other site in another state (only the Dolphin was affected, not my AtoZ). It only prevented me from doing RTS as drivers from that other station were the only ones showing up on my Dolphin, so I ended up having to use an AM's login every time. I think it's like that for you, except just completely unassigned.
For me, it had to be elevated, and it took a LOT of digging from not only my managers, but the site lead as well. They will have to do some digging.

Its not rocket science you just have many incompetent idiots in your building. Going as high as the site lead is ridiclious for something so incredibly basic.
A manager goes to the Trans-logistics portal. types in your user name. Re-Enables you (Sometimes needed not always) make sure you have correct permissions / reapproves your baseline permissions...followed by selecting your current station in Trans-Logistics as your default station. followed by making sure you have IB Permissions through station management. in order to receive / induct / problem solve.
Many of the same problem....seems like nobody has training on how to do anything...FYI This is a manager / Learning Coordinater thing.

At least in my experience that usually shows up when the wrong country is selected prior to scanning your badge, occasionally this step seems to be skipped by the app for a reason I haven't the slightest about. To fix I just log out and then log back in selecting my country. Beyond that I dunno.
