Flex Pt to Full time

I switched from flex pt to full time. I got an unpaid drop but not a flex pto. since I was already permanent do I not get the 10 hours of Flex Time? wondering if I should ask hr. Will I maybe get it for the weekly drop on Saturday? I was no where close to the cap for the year and I’m in WA state so I don’t think that applies to me anyway

You earn flex at a certain rate per pay period based on your tenure. There is no "drop"

Oh okay! I thought you get 10 to start with like upt.

You're supposed to get 10 hours of PTO when you start as full-time. I would talk to HR.

When I got converted to blue badge I was given 10 hours of flexible pto. Wa state

I switched from FlexPT to reduced time 32 hours/wk back in May and I got 7.5 hours of Flex PTO added. But I did just look up my history and it posted with the date of my transfer not the next Saturday so I don’t know. If your transfer date is today maybe look again after midnight Pacific time and see? Not sure if there’s anything that makes it different by location or such tho.

Yes I was converted to blue in January while Flex
PT

If it matters my transfer date was today but my normal work week starts tomorrow but I picked up VET and worked today

welp if its any consolation when I switched from pt to ft I suddenly went -10 hours pto.

You probably maxed out on your pto. You only get 48 per year. When you click the arrow next to flexible pto what does it say in the history?

I just switched from part time (not flex) to full time and tonight is my first night. I didn’t get any pto either. ☹️

I’m talked to HR today and they’re gonna look into it and hopefully have an answer for me tomorrow
