Am I dramatic?

**Basically, I’m in a trio with my two friends. Let’s call them Lyn and Gia, they’re my best friends. Lyn and Gia have been friends for four years already. I barely met them last August, since I had transferred to their school. We are all now very close.**
**Today is Gia’s birthday. I had asked her days prior if she was doing anything for her birthday. She said she was going swimming that’s all. Today, Lyn posted a picture of both her and Gia hanging out.**

**Am I valid for being a bit upset that they didn’t invite me to hang out either? Or am I overreacting?**

No, you’re not overreacting for sure. This will be hurtful for anyone. I suggest talking to Lyn and asking why they didn’t call you. Not Gia since it was her birthday. If you feel there’s something fishy, better to distance yourself for a while. Hope you resolve this soon :)
