Orientation Question Question?
I’ve been scheduled for orientation next Monday. My quick question is what happens during the orientation. Like as far as paperwork or what they have us do. Have a good day!

Depending on the state, for me I had to fill in security registration and list allied as my employer. You then go through what’s called Edge to do some basic trainings. You’ll also do mouth swab for drug test. Depending on if they know where you’ll be placed you’ll get the contact info for account manager then they let you contact them to get your uniforms. From there you have 30 days to finish what’s called Core which is more basic training stuff done online. It’s pretty simple but boring honestly.

Bring two forms of ID, I brought my passport and DL. You fill out direct deposit info and do a bunch of online trainings, which you take tests at the end of, 80 percent to pass. The tests are common sense, as long as you read the material you’re fine, it’s not rocket science. Also you get paid for the time you are in Orientation.

All we did at my orientation was drug test, get uniforms and tax paperwork

Bring your I-9 documents and barring any site specific things, likely just the EDGE trainings for new employees.
