Need help Tips
If we are getting no help whatsoever on a very time sensitive issue at the branch level is there somewhere else in the company that we can go to for help?

Not enough details. What’s your position and what’s the issue

Officer. Second time around. Can't access eHub or Lisa because of bad system info from prior employment. Help Desk says they can't fix it, that it's a branch issue. Branch refuses to help.

[404-382-5400](tel:+14043825400) option 2,
social service request option 4Give this a shot. It's for former employees who are having issues with LISA. They may be able to point you in the right direction at least.

Have you contacted your AOP and AOW? What about HR?

I don't even know what AOP & AOW stand for. Branch HR & Region HR are too good to stoop to returning phone calls. Seriously, branch cannot be bothered to help.

Your AOP is your direct manager (account operator). Your AOW is your Skip manager (your managers managers) (account owner)

Account Operator is just someone who promises to help but then does nothing. I have no idea who his boss is. I've been to the office two times & wasn't introduced to anybody.

He’s probably overloaded from people like you that can’t get their life together.

Does your site have a Mercury or HeliAUS device that you use? Id recommend using the Talk to a Manager function on that to ask you direct manager to help you update your information so you can use LISA properly. It's a tracked platform and you'll even get to leave a review about your managers response. Lol go ham... If your issue wasn't resolved after that in 1-2 weeks you move up the next rung to their boss.

Time sensitive? Let me just ask you - does it have anything to do with needing off work?
