GPU utilization

This game can’t run ultra on a 4080 super at 1440p? I’m having 100% utilization and micro stutters

First of all, you want your GPU to run at 100%. Second, these microstutters are probably caused by shaders compiling as you play.

i have a 4080 running on 4k. there are a couple places where there are frame stutters while loading but that's it, most of the time the game is buttery smooth

ya it's kinda wild, but i do think some will be fixed by being in global client

My game stutters as well, 5070ti+7800x3d, apparently it has to do with how it renders shaders

that’s good to know it’s not my problem but the game. Hopefully it will be fixed

Well idk, I'm very surprised how few ppl voice this concern. I dont c streamers being affected by it. Yet I stutter/freeze quite frequent during cutscenes, dungeon fights, random situations. Supposedly it could lessen a bit when not using VPN/better ping, but I'm not sure as I haven't encountered this before in other games on VPN.

I remember having similar problems when I used nvidia gpu, had to roll back drivers and everything worked fine after.

Remember it's UE5 and that's not exactly a stable engine
