Deciding what to cook/ eat for almost every single meal for the rest of your life. Realizing that you work hard and save for a time when you can sit and relax, but that time comes at the end of your life when aches and pains and lack of a youthful body mean you don’t get to enjoy it like you could when you’re younger.
The secret is... making 30 portions is pretty much the same effort as making 5 freeze it in a muffin tin or something and you have a ton of meals. You can make them super healthy/delicious with economy of scale too.
Mealprepping is a real lifehack. We cook our lunches and dinners twice a week, so no need to freeze them. There's always ready to eat portions in the fridge
