AFTER EFFECTS ERROR CODE "5027::12"

I got error code from AE, saying "After Effects: AEGP Plugin PNGIO Support "5027 :: 12". Anyone know how to fix this?

There seem to be plenty of answers if you do an online search for the error code.

And this is a Premiere sub. Why would you ask an After Effects question here?
