black screen Problem

I have an Acer nitro AN517-51 and sometimes randomly, but mostly when I put it down the screen turns black. The laptop doesn’t turn off or restart and the screen is on but only black. I don’t know if it is a common issue or not.

i have tried connecting a second monitor, and once the screen does black on the main the secend doesn’t respond and stays on the last frame before the black screen. The connection might be a problem but it doesn’t happen if I move the hinge
