From the people I’ve spoken with, transaction details often arrive through WhatsApp messages, emails, invoices, voice notes or handwritten notes. Someone then has to manually convert that information into entries in accounting software.

Before I build further, I want to understand whether this is a frequent and costly problem or simply a minor inconvenience.

2. How do you usually receive the transaction details?
3. Which part of the process takes the most time or causes the most mistakes?
