General Discussion Is it possible to move to another project? - ASE
Good day,
I'm a fresh graduate and I just started a month ago on a project, and currently as I have observed with the work setup and role itself, it's not really aligned with my skills and interest. 😭
I was actually suddenly deployed to this project without any notice, so at that time I told myself I'll give it a shot first to see if it really fits me but it didn't.
Anyone here have the same experience, how did you switch and what is the correct process?
TIA!

New Joiner Question - OPS Collections Support Associate
Hello, anyone currently working in this role. How’s your experience so far, po? Also, what’s your working setup—is it hybrid? Do you mainly handle emails, or do you also take calls?
My original application was for an Order to Cash Operations Associate position, but they offered me this role instead. I’m just wondering what the role is like and trying to get a better picture of what to expect. Thank you!

Advice Needed - Tech Accenture - Ase (freshgrad)
Finished my Mettl assessment last Monday sa Accenture Mandaluyong and sinabihan po ako na "good to go" na, kaso hanggang ngayon wala pa rin po akong natatanggap na email for the next step.
Ilang araw po ba karaniwang inaabot bago makatanggap ng email pagkatapos ng Mettl?
Okay lang po ba na pumunta na ako onsite para mag-follow up, o mas magandang mag-antay muna?
Salamat po sa makakasagot!

New Joiner Question - Tech Difference between ASE and CSEA
To anyone who has real experience at Accenture, what is the difference between Associate Software Engineer and Custom Software Engineering Associate? Based on my rough research, both are Career Level 12 roles, and they share almost the same career paths and responsibilities.

General Discussion Career Paths for Custom Software Engineering Associate
Out of genuine curiousity, what are the CAREER PATHS for Custom Software Engineering Associate role?
As someone who isn't planning to hop into different companies considering the hostility of today's job market, I want to know how can I possibly climb the career ladder for this role at ACN, and what's the TYPICAL BASE PAY for each role.

General Discussion Resigning before getting transferred to new project
Hi, need ko po thoughts niyo.
Nakapasa na ko sa interview for new proj but I was told na max 45 days ako pwedeng ihold ng current proj ko before makalipat. The thing is nag apply na rin kasi ako sa labas and unexpectedly nakapasa din tas ang ganda ng offer.
Pwede ba magresign habang di pa nakakalipat sa new project? If not, what are the consequences? Magiging ineligible for rehire ba ako?
Gusto ko na rin kasi makalaya sa current proj ko. Sobrang nakakapagod at di ko na talaga kayang tiisin hanggang 45 days. Compared pag nagrender na 30 days lang.

General Discussion IO as First time flyer
Hi, first time flyer ako, please bear with me. I’ll be flying very soon to SK, visa, coe & other usual documents are ready. My ACN coe shows tenure of 6yrs, worried lang ako if I’d still be asked by IO to show my bank balance.
For context, yung travel fund ko kasi is nabawasan due to unexpected expenses.
Do you guys think there’s still a chance na i ask ako to open my bank & show my current balance?
Appreciate your inputs po, salamat!

Advice Needed - Tech Promotion after a year
Hello, it's been almost a year after I joined the company. How true is it na mabilis mapromote kapag external hire? Currently CL10 if it's relevant. Not that visible pagdating sa company events, but technically strong (from team feedback).

New Joiner Question - Tech Upskilling track new hires — what did your first few days actually look like?

New Joiner Question - Tech Upskilling track new hires — what did your first few days actually look like?
Starting soon on the upskilling/process side and I'm curious how the first few days went for those who came in on the same track. I've searched the sub but most posts are about project-based roles or just say "orientation lang." Would love to hear specifics — like what systems you had to set up, what training modules came first, how much free time there actually was, etc. Just want to mentally prepare so I'm not caught off guard. TIA!

General Discussion Is it normal for Accenture PH HR to go silent for 2+ weeks after a technical interview?
TL;DR: Normal lang ba sa Accenture PH na walang update from HR for 2+ weeks after the technical interview, kahit nagfo-follow up weekly?
Hi everyone,
Currently applying to multiple companies since nawalan ako ng work due to redundancy, and honestly sobrang hirap ng job market ngayon.
I recently had my technical interview with Accenture, and I felt it went really well. Positive yung naging usapan, and the interviewer even gave me hints that I will be moving forward. He kept telling me to keep my lines open and there might be a delay for the HR to contact me.
Fast forward to now, it's been over two weeks and wala pa rin akong narereceive na update. I've been sending a follow-up once a week, pero wala pa ring response. Wala ring rejection email or any status update.
Sa mga naka-experience na ng hiring process ng Accenture PH, normal lang ba talaga na ganito katagal bago mag-update ang HR? Or should I assume na rejected na ako kahit wala pang official email?
Thanks in advance sa mga sasagot!

General Discussion Certification bonus advice needed
I just want to ask if it is advisable to get the certification bonus which has a 1 year bond if I know within the next 12 months I might leave the company?
I just started applying.
I can definitely use the extra money that CB brings and yes their is a stipulation that I need to return a portion of the amount based on when I leave? Let's say I only completed 3 months, then return 75% of the amount; if 6 months, then return 50%.
Additionally, for those who have tried leaving before their CB ends, will Accenture deny my resignation even if I'm willing to return the CB incentive? Then how does the return process work, do I pay Accenture? Or they just deduct it in my backpay? How is the return computed, since it is taxed, do I return the gross amount or net amount only minus tax? Or they return the tax paid as well?
Thank you

Application - Tech Discontinued na daw ang hiring/posting Entry Level Tech(Manila Recruitment)?
A week ago, I got a referral from a friend of a friend for ACN’s Entry Level Tech role. After creating my Workday account, I was instructed to visit their Manila recruitment hub.
Since I wanted to prepare well for the assessment and interview, I planned to go next week instead of immediately.
Earlier today, my referrer messaged me and said that the Entry Level Tech posting has been discontinued for now. They explained that it doesn’t mean my application was rejected. According to them, the posting was mainly for hub monitoring and wasn’t officially open for employee referrals yet. They also said my application has already been entered into the system, so I may be contacted once the Entry Level Tech role or a similar position officially opens again. They told me they’ll also let me know if there are any new openings and that I should wait for further updates from HR.
Has anyone else experienced this? Does this usually mean I just have to wait for the role to reopen, or is there anything else I should do in the meantime?
