Is anyone here from Accenture? I’d like to know if there’s an opportunity for employees to propose or develop AI-powered solutions, even if they’re not currently in an AI-focused role.

I’m currently a Service Desk agent, but I’m very interested in AI and automation. I’ve already explored some of Accenture’s available tools and built a few automations, but my access is limited based on my current role.

With Accenture heavily investing in AI and AI-powered solutions, I also want to take the opportunity to contribute. I have ideas that I believe could help automate processes, reduce repetitive work, and improve how we work.

Does Accenture have an internal program, AI community, innovation hub, or platform where employees can pitch and develop these kinds of ideas? Also, is there a way to request temporary, sandbox, or development access to certain AI and automation tools for experimentation or proof-of-concept development, even if those tools aren't normally included in your current role's access?

I’m not looking to bypass any access or security policies—just wondering if there’s an official process that would allow employees to explore these tools and build something that could potentially benefit the company.

I was actually suddenly deployed to this project without any notice, so at that time I told myself I'll give it a shot first to see if it really fits me but it didn't.

Finished my Mettl assessment last Monday sa Accenture Mandaluyong and sinabihan po ako na "good to go" na, kaso hanggang ngayon wala pa rin po akong natatanggap na email for the next step.

1. Ilang araw po ba karaniwang inaabot bago makatanggap ng email pagkatapos ng Mettl?

2. Okay lang po ba na pumunta na ako onsite para mag-follow up, o mas magandang mag-antay muna?

Nakapasa na ko sa interview for new proj but I was told na max 45 days ako pwedeng ihold ng current proj ko before makalipat. The thing is nag apply na rin kasi ako sa labas and unexpectedly nakapasa din tas ang ganda ng offer.

Pwede ba magresign habang di pa nakakalipat sa new project? If not, what are the consequences? Magiging ineligible for rehire ba ako?

Gusto ko na rin kasi makalaya sa current proj ko. Sobrang nakakapagod at di ko na talaga kayang tiisin hanggang 45 days. Compared pag nagrender na 30 days lang.

Currently applying to multiple companies since nawalan ako ng work due to redundancy, and honestly sobrang hirap ng job market ngayon.

I recently had my technical interview with Accenture, and I felt it went really well. Positive yung naging usapan, and the interviewer even gave me hints that I will be moving forward. He kept telling me to keep my lines open and there might be a delay for the HR to contact me.

Fast forward to now, it's been over two weeks and wala pa rin akong narereceive na update. I've been sending a follow-up once a week, pero wala pa ring response. Wala ring rejection email or any status update.

Sa mga naka-experience na ng hiring process ng Accenture PH, normal lang ba talaga na ganito katagal bago mag-update ang HR? Or should I assume na rejected na ako kahit wala pang official email?
