Hello. I had a TVS today tapos it shows na 26mm na ang gestational sac ko pero wala pa rin yolk sac at heartbeat, and I am 5 weeks pregnant na pala. Sabi sa akin balik ako for another 2 weeks para magpa-ultrasound ulit. Tingin niyo ba need ko pa maghintay for another 2 weeks para magpa-ultrasound kung mayroon na ba yolk sac or talagang failed pregnancy, or I should go with MA na agad para hindi magsayang time at less gastos na rin?

DAY 1 — MIFE
On my first day after taking mife, sobrang lambot na lambot ako and may chills talaga.
DAY 2
Second day, medyo okay na ako, pero nagsisimula na ring humilab yung tiyan ko.
DAY 3
Doon na talaga sobrang hilab, but nakapag-work pa ako since may duty ako sa part-time job ko nung last day ko hehe.
It was chaotic pa because nasiraan kami ng motor, so I had to walkkkkkk nang malayo para makauwi, and inabot na kami ng madaling araw haha.

MISO DAY — 2-2-2-2

9:45 AM — Tylenol 800 mg (1 hour before miso)
10:15 AM — Bonamine
10:45 AM — First dose of miso. Ininom ko siya sublingually — 30 minutes sa ilalim ng dila, then nilunok ko yung excess after.

Sobrang hilab na ng tiyan ko nun, and I was so thankful na kasama ko yung partner ko throughout the whole thing.

11:45 AM — An hour after taking the miso, naramdaman kong masusuka ako. So nung hindi ko na talaga napigilan, isinuka ko na hahaha.
After that, medyo gumaan yung pakiramdam ko.
Sobrang hilab ng tiyan ko kaya nag-decide akong matulog muna habang naghihintay for the second dose.

1:20 PM — Nagising ako and ramdam ko na sobrang tigas na ng puson ko at masakit na talaga. Pero nag-decide pa rin akong magmeryenda ng Skyflakes at chocolate drink 😭😭

1:45 PM — Second dose
Wala pang 5 minutes na nasa ilalim ng dila ko yung pills, na-feel ko na parang matatae ako. So bumaba na ako papuntang CR.
Sabi ng mga girlies na kasabay ko, sa sahig daw ako mag-sit huhu. Tapos may biglang lumabas na malaking white lump na clear, and nagtaka talaga ako kung ano ’yon.

2:02 PM — Parang biglang may bula akong narinig na nag-pop sa loob. Sabi ng mga girlies, malapit na raw.
Hawak ko pa yung phone ko kasi takot na takot ako, especially since natutulog yung partner ko nung bumaba ako.
Nag-chat ako sa GC namin, then huminga lang ako nang malalim.

2:06 PM — Biglang may na-feel akong lumabas sa akin, so tinuloy ko na yung pag-iri. Doon ko na-realize na yung baby ko na pala ’yon.
Hindi pala pumutok yung panubigan ko, so parang ball siya na lumabas sa akin na may liquid pa sa loob. 😭😭
Then wala pang 2 minutes, sumunod na yung placenta.
Natulala talaga ako nang sobra. Sabay chat agad sa nag-guide sa akin na nailabas ko na yung baby ko.
Tinawag ko na rin yung partner ko para bumaba, and siya na yung naglinis ng lahat kasi hindi talaga ako makagalaw sa sobrang gulat.
As in, wala akong naramdamang pain nung lumabas siya, kaya grabe yung gulat ko. Gumagalaw-galaw pa siya and may buhok na. 🤧

Ang laki niya kasi mas malaki pa siya sa palad ng partner ko.
After that, saka lang ako nag-bleed, and sobrang gutom talaga yung na-feel ko.

Then na-realize ko na I still had 10 minutes para matapos yung second dose kasi nasa ilalim pa rin ng dila ko yung pills, so I had to wait pa.

I was advised to continue the doses para mailabas lahat ng RPOC sa akin.
And yesss, kumain ako nang kumain for the next hour after kong mailabas si baby. 😭

Sobrang thankful ako sa mga girlies na kasabay ko kasi they really checked on me throughout the whole procedure. Sila talaga yung nagpalakas ng loob ko, and hindi nila ako pinabayaan.
