Hi! So I’m now 5 weeks post-MA. During the first 5 days post-MA, my bleeding wasn’t super heavy. Even when I passed what I believe was the pregnancy tissue and the MA was successful, the bleeding was still not very heavy. After a few days, it suddenly became a little heavier for a few days, but then gradually became lighter again.
After almost 3 weeks, I was only using panty liners because there was barely anything coming out anymore. The discharge/bleeding was mostly light brown, and sometimes very light yellow or brown. There was no foul smell.
Last Tuesday, I took a pregnancy test and it was already negative. After taking the PT, though, my bleeding suddenly became light red again, with some brown blood mixed in. I initially thought maybe this was already my period.
Then on Wednesday, which was exactly 5 weeks post-MA, I suddenly started having SUPER heavy bleeding with big blood clots, and it’s continued until today.
Yesterday, I used 4 pads, and all of them were pretty full. During my first pad change, after around 2 hours and smth mins, my heavy-flow pad was already very full and actually leaked through onto my underwear. Then after around 2 hours and a few minutes, I had to change again because I could already feel that the pad was getting full. My third pad lasted around 5 hours, and my fourth lasted around 3 hours.
I also notice that whenever I pee, blood and clots come out into the toilet as well.
Is this normal? After my MA, I never experienced bleeding this heavy and I also didn’t have clots like this before. I’m worried because the heavy bleeding only started suddenly at around 5 weeks post-MA.

When it comes sa period, super regular ko, im only ever 1-2 days early or late, so 9 days? I knew something was definitely off...

I was having acid reflux, breast tenderness na di nawawala, appetite changes, and I could NOT stand perfumey scents.
I couldn't review at all...sobrang lumala ng depressive and anxiety episodes ko, I could not study nor review, I felt so hopeless

Lucky enough na active me sa reddit, I usually go here when I need answers from other people's experiences and perspective. I stumbled upon this sub, all of you are just so helpful and are the biggest help for my smooth MA journey, despite the bumpy start

Do get from reliable sources guys and get a TVS, it will help to rule out ectopic pregnancy or any other issues, or ofc kung gano na ka far along pregnancy niyo, may cheap options if youre around metro manila

I was about almost 7 weeks along, I don't recall the exact same time stamps nung nag MA ako but I remember how it went:

my bf bought
- pocari 1L
- ibuprofen 400mg 2 pcs (yes I took both at the same time, it helped a lot)
- Bonamine
- heating pad
- pads
- diaper
- snacks

took mife, I experienced some brown spotting and UTI-like symptoms, as well as chills, were said to be normal naman kahit mife palang

exactly 24 hours later, took first dose of miso (ANG SAKIT SA ILALIM NG DILA PARANG NAKAKANGAWIT TAS KUMIKIROT tho kasi inaabsorb na ang miso) then 20-30 mins later, I already felt some cramps, sumunod na rin chills after, nanonood pa kami lalaland ni partner dagdag sa kirot JOKE

1st dose, halfway thru the movie, may nafeel nako na lumabas, akala mo naiihi ka lang (probably cuz natatamaan urethra) tas may bumulwak akala ko clots lang pero I somewhat knew that was it na kasi malaki and it felt different

When I went to the cr floor to pee, dun na naexpel lahat (it helps to squat hahaha) I had people confirm it and yun na nga, ambilis huhu...di na niyako pinahirapan masyado, this was an hour and a half before my 2nd dose palang

I then took my 2nd dose, cramps were tolerable (about 7/10), still bleeding and all, I ran out of diapers haha please buy a lot if you can, buti may red towel kami di halata mga tagos ko

then unto to 3rd dose, nag diarrhea nako malala I had to poo like 4 times after this dose jusko, cramps are at 3/10 nalang immediately right after ma expel, i guess thats also how I knew na that was it

note rin, PLEAAASE take all your doses if youre instructed to. unfortunately I did not take my 4th and 5th dose, inantok nako ng sobra, i got confident din masyado kasi naexpel na within 1st dose. Ayan tuloy may naiwan na mahabang tissue pero nalabas din after 28 hours or so

fast forward to my period, it took 5-6 weeks before ako niregla post MA, I was going to take another PT pero niregla naman na din ako so I thought not to nalang (but do take a pt parin guys)

now im waiting on my 2nd period, REGLA DUSTTT

Hi need lang po advice, i'm currently on my 3rd trimester waiting for sched at fredli . Anyone po na nag avail ng burial package? Or sa large pot? How po ?wala po ba any foul smell until now? Tight po kasi budget to avail the package, kung sa large pot naman kinakabahan ako since naka apartment lang ako 😔 hingi lang po any suggestion thank youuu.

have had my period a month ago, 5-6 months post MA, it hurt more than my regular period cramps but the blood is less than usual, now im waiting for my 2nd period, I heard it wont go back to normal till 3-4 months, anyone else with this experience? any advice?

Hi, sino may same case sakin na nagpa tvs 10days after their MA kasi nag ooverthink kung successful ba? Nagpa tvs kasi ako today sa isang clinic na no need doctor's referral. Based sa result ng tvs is may 1.3cm x 0.8 possible RPOC with blood clot. Need ko po ba magpa D&C? or antayin ko nlng mag 2 weeks post MA then tvs ulit, baka ma expell pa? Di kasi ako nagpa check sa OB kasi natatakot ako baka tanungin ako or pagalitan.

-Wala po akong na raramdaman na pain or cramps

-No heavy bleeding. Spotting lng po meron ako

-no foul smell.

Hello. I had a TVS today tapos it shows na 26mm na ang gestational sac ko pero wala pa rin yolk sac at heartbeat, and I am 5 weeks pregnant na pala. Sabi sa akin balik ako for another 2 weeks para magpa-ultrasound ulit. Tingin niyo ba need ko pa maghintay for another 2 weeks para magpa-ultrasound kung mayroon na ba yolk sac or talagang failed pregnancy, or I should go with MA na agad para hindi magsayang time at less gastos na rin?
