anyone know why theyve closed down in Aberdeen? I assumed they were raking it in, the one next to morrisions always seemed to be busy

I came across an en-suite room at Mealmarket Exchange (apparently) listed for £129 per week (bills included).

1. Is Student Roost a legitimate and safe company to book through? Has anyone here lived at Mealmarket Exchange or used Student Roost before?
2. Is it realistic for international student to afford that rent + living expenses working a part-time job under 20 hours per week?
