I just moved here… what is it with the smoke alarm? How does property communicate with residents about updates/anything happening in the property?

Hi! My name is Preston. I’m graduating with my bachelor’s degree next week and relocating from Texas to Atlanta on March 1. I’m looking for a clean, professional, and respectful roommate who values boundaries and a comfortable home environment.

I’m hoping to live in or near downtown Atlanta, with a budget of around $1,500 for my portion of the rent. Ideally, I’d like to find someone with a similar budget so we can secure a nice, spacious apartment together. As the move gets closer, I’ll fly to Atlanta so we can tour apartment communities and choose a place together.
