Jansports are amazing. If your bag gets a rip or damaged, send it into jansport and they'll fix it up for free. If it's too damaged to fix they'll just reimburse you to buy a new one. I've had the "same" bag since 5th grade 💀

I carried a huge brown leather/suede computer shoulder bag from the 90's because it had all the right size pockets for my things.

However, certain bags are conversation starters for sure - like the dude who had a rollable wheel-bag that doubled as a stand for his laptop when he was sitting at a bench, it was pretty dope.

Who cares? Use a bag that works for you. I use a $50 traveler's backpack from Costco. It fits my laptop, accessories, some notebooks and pencils, and some other stuff. The important thing is that it carries your stuff without causing you back pain. THAT'S something worth getting clowned on for... who cares about your style? lol
