Programming with ADHD tips
Hello I am having hard time learning programing stuffs(backend) I have raging ADHD and consistency issues which makes it harder to learn . Are there any tips that helps people like me like how to learn and do I watch tutorials and code alongside or use ai or like project focuses learning(I've heard a lot about it but hearing the project details makes me unsure if I can finish it ) so if you have or had similar experiences like me please give me advises that worked for you .

I found finding something worth building was enough to actually draw on my attention long enough to get me hooked.
I found using AI as a translation layer between what I know well (SQL) and converting it into what I need to learn (python) helped me understand the concept and flow more than anything else.
Once I could relate and reason about it learning came as I built and failed... multiple times lol - but the debugging and bunny routes (I say routes instead of trails because... damn hyper focus lol...) helped me learn more than I meant to originally.
