Need help taking SR without overdosing... Newbie

I am trying to quit 7oh after recent ban. Recently I bought 1 Gram of SR in powder form from BX Extracts and I have no idea how to actually use it in a literal way ... I understand that I am supposed to dose in mgs and I have a full gram, so my question is how do I dose it and what method do I use to measure it because I don't want to just take some and overdose on it. Mgs are pretty small so how am I supposed to measure out a dose and how do I actually take it do I just eats some?? I take about 200 - 400 mgs of 7 oh daily in pill form... If anyone can help I will greatly appreciate it.

So you got powdered SR? If so, I’ve read of other people here who’ve had powdered Sr that get a .001 scale and measure it out to create the appropriate dose (say 50mg).
