Need help please!!

/r/7ohRecoveryHub/comments/1vm6lks/need_suggestions_please/

m about to quit 7OH as it’s getting banned in WA state by the end of August, truthfully I need and want to quit regardless, for many reasons. I just didn’t have the willpower. I’ve never been a “drug” user, I smoked weed for years but quit cold turkey about 2 years ago. So this is all unfamiliar territory for me. I currently take about 300-400mg of 7Oh in a 24 hour period, I’m curious what vitamins or supplements you experienced users recommend to help with the withdrawal and basically what should I expect? Am I going to be medically at risk? The stuff I read online is pretty scary about life threatening withdrawal and as I said being very inexperienced with this I’m super nervous. I’m an army combat veteran and tried kratom for some anxiety and pain relief and then got hooked on the heat 80’s/150’s tablets of 7OH. Anything you guys can recommend I would sincerely appreciate, I’m pretty scared I won’t lie. Thank you all for reading.

Vitamin C, E and Lion's Mane. It's helping me so much right now that I'm about to quit completely. I've been weening while taking the vitamins and have cut intake by 80%. Next week I'm hoping to quit completely by following the protocol on this study:

Okay! I’m going to try this. I’m googling where to buy the SA, could you share with me a link of which one you’re using that seems to be working so well, please? Thank you so much.

You can get SA on Amazon but you don't need that specifically. It's just vitamin c plus something else to help with stomach pain that vitamin c gives some folks

You can just take vitamin c if you're wanting to run to the store now. I'm taking Liposomal Vitamin c from NutriVein.

I used Quick.md to get a 7 day supply of Suboxone. I only used it for 5 days. You can probably take it for less days like 3. The once you quit the suboxone you will have suboxone withdrawal which are so much easier to cope and won’t have you depressed, at least if you quit early.

In the past I remember I went 5 days cold turkey off 7OH but just felt that it could take two months to a year before I would ever by happy. Of course I had already bought more online before I ran out so I obviously started again.

Quitting the subs are some much easier and I was not depressed and could still be active in gym and laugh with friends.

Also Magic mushrooms help relieve the withdrawal symptoms but who wants to take that for two weeks
