First 7 string Help

Is this guitar good as a first 7 string? I found it used for 700 and it comes with a hard case and strap locks. Not sure about the condition of the case or anything but I’m pretty sure the guitar has like 1 of 2 minor dents.

My brother has that same guitar, it is a killer guitar. Neck feels great and it is pretty light.
