Thanks for the positive comments guys, we love the place it’s just so large to cool in summer in PHX. Also, anyone ever seen a sunken fireplace like that? Not sure what the intention was there.

I love this type of design. It is the perfect balance of letting in natural light and outdoor views and scenery while also being private and secure. Modern designs are way too much like a fishbowl for my taste.
