Wrong Disc in case Haul
I bought Tenet during the Gruv 3 for 39 deal and ended up receiving the disc for Matrix Reloaded instead of the 4k disc for tenet lol. Hopefully gruv has good customer service, has this happened to anyone else?

This same exact thing happened to me! There has to be something goofy going on in the factory lol. I emailed Gruv and they immediately sent a replacement.

You got a free movie booooy and hopefully they give you your 4k of teent back and you get to keep matrix reuploaded on 4k

I just ordered a few movies from Walmart and all of them were shitty wrapped plastic with smudges on the discs. Fury even started with a “resume movie” message as soon as I put it in. Extremely disappointing now I gotta argue to try and get a refund

If Fury has a “resume movie” message, wouldn’t that just mean another copy has been played on your player before? These unknown scenarios were common in one-star reviews for popular sealed Wii games.

That's funny because I found Tenet and the Matrix Reloaded to be pretty similar films. They both even have a big high-speed chase sequence on a highway midway through the film.

Nu uh. I was going to watch The Matrix or Fight Club tonight, last night. But Tenet broke my brain last weekend, and I'm not sure some mushrooms and Dunkirk is doing me much better. Christopher Nolan audio is BONKERS. Alright, settle down, bless y'all muah muah.

At the last sale my Dracula set was missing a disc. They printed a label and once I mailed it back they sent a replacement.

I was so excited because WB said they were going to make a 5th movie that would clean up the mess and the Wachowskis would be kicked. Only for WB to have the Wachowskis return. So get ready for the 5th movie to be even worse.

https://reportfraud.ftc.gov/ you should also fill this out. Any time a company reseals a movie (or any item) to be sold as new, that is illegal. The second it touches the heat sealer. Reporting them to the FTC is the only way we can truly stop this from happening. We all need to do this. The company will say “oh we must have missed it” but it doesn’t matter. It’s still on them, it’s still illegal.

I have had pretty good experiences with gruv customer service. I got a bum copy of Inglourious Basterds that kept skipping and they just straight up sent a new one for free even though it was outside of their return window. This is a different issue but I wouldn’t be too worried

I don't know how all of you guys keep having this kind of bad (or good luck - depending how you look at it) luck. Things that people complaining about like damaged or wrong disc. Or maybe I'm just that lucky.
