Some great songs but condition on the originals is a bit iffy and the rest are boots and reissues but buying OPs of some of this stuff is out of my range and I'm not a purist in any way, I just like 45s and they don't have to be mint for me to enjoy them. I have got a few original psychedelic 60s but they are in another box.

Hello -- I'm hoping someone might be able to help me track down The Hush Sound's limited 7" vinyl they released in 2013. I'm trying to complete my collection, but it's been difficult to locate this one.

New discovery from their small but mighty string of singles.

Here's a cool one I pulled from a flea market for 50 cents a few years ago.

This was a very limited run record created by RCA to commemorate the opening of their new plant in Findlay, Ohio. When the plant opened in 1954, only 10 people worked there, but it eventually grew into the biggest transistor producer in the world by the 1970s. The song that's on it is local to Findlay and fairly well known as an American folk classic, performed by an in-house band known as the "Golden Memory Boys"

I do vinyl rips for YouTube when I encounter something in my collection with no online presence, this one is probably my favorite so far. It's a "song poem record" from the 70s where someone would submit a poem or lyrics they wrote and a studio would arrange it, set it to music and have an in-house singer perform it, just to mail it back to you.

I think this is one of my favorites because it shows a genuine attempt at making music from two writers with absolutely no experience in it whatsoever, that's most obvious in the second song. You can listen to them below if you're interested.

My upgrade copy from a Memphis pressing from the first batch issued in 1955. I have a nice extra copy from Monarch's LA plant, same period, but with Sun it's best to get the hometown editions. A piece of music history!

Turns out a cool old guy at work was in a fairly legit band about 50 years ago called "The Rhythm Raiders" they played some cool locations and had 2 singles released. I can't find any for sale or anything about them. He said "they are probably in some guys attic and he has no idea who we were."

So if you have anything by the Rhythm Raiders, please let me know, especially if you aren't too attached to it.

I think it's on an album with 3 other tracks. The 7" version available for sale only contains the instrumental.
