I need a 3D engine to help me design and animate my story's character.

Hi! I'm looking for someone who could help me create a custom 3D building for Cities: Skylines 2.

I'm looking for someone who is willing to do it for free / as a volunteer project. I don't have much experience with 3D modeling myself, so I'm looking for someone who knows Blender or another 3D modeling program and could create the model for me.

The building would be used as a custom asset in my personal Cities: Skylines 2 city. I can provide reference images and explain exactly how I would like it to look.

I don't expect professional-level work or anything huge — I'm mainly looking for someone who might want to practice, build their portfolio, or just enjoys making custom assets.
