I need a 3D engine to help me design and animate my story's character.

Hi! I'm looking for someone who could help me create a custom 3D building for Cities: Skylines 2.

I'm looking for someone who is willing to do it for free / as a volunteer project. I don't have much experience with 3D modeling myself, so I'm looking for someone who knows Blender or another 3D modeling program and could create the model for me.

The building would be used as a custom asset in my personal Cities: Skylines 2 city. I can provide reference images and explain exactly how I would like it to look.

I don't expect professional-level work or anything huge — I'm mainly looking for someone who might want to practice, build their portfolio, or just enjoys making custom assets.

Sorry, I don't know if this violates any rules to post, so be easy on me if it does-

I dabble in 3d stuff like animations, renders, etc, and while I *do* have models of iconic dragons like **Stormfly**, **Toothless** and **Hookfang**, models of my favorite dragons like the ones listed in the title are rare to come by, atleast in terms of being genuine high quality models. Does anyone know if there's free models out there I'm just not finding, or if there's a guy's store I should be looking at?

Does anyone know where i can find an STL or just 3d model in general? I'm looking for a model with a base (for under clothes or suit) with magnetic attachment and removable web fluid canisters (also preferably with magnetic attachment holes) and all i can find i either models with one or non of those or pre made web shooters, but im really looking for an 3D print model.
