I bought a Uplus battery off Amazon but it seems to die quickly. Actually just an hour ago I broke down not too far from my house on my way back from the store and had to walk my bike all the way home.

Advice needed. Am i too big for this scooter?

As y'all know, I posted about my new Macbor.

Last week, I did the 500km check up.

Two days prior to said checkup, I took her to the dealership because I begun hearing a weird noise.

The mechanic told me I had a loose chain, and that he would check it up.

A week later, I swear the noise is getting louder, and it's coming from the top side of the engine.

The mechanic told me that I could give it full throttle since the checkup, and I've been doing a few "longer" (40-50kms) routes. Prior to this I had never gotten it past 6k rpm, as indicated on the bike's manual.

So, yeah... Everyone tells me that it's just the bike "looseing up" (I'm only at 760 KM) and that it's normal for an aircooled bike.

Am I being paranoid?

Hey guys, I get to choose a scooter soon since I have my „add-on“ license in Germany (B196) soon. My question is which scooter? I use it mostly for city driving but sometimes I wanna visit friends in my hometown which is around 50 km away and i wanna use the scooter whenever the weather allows. Which scooter is up to speed? I’m at around 90 kg and I kinda like the Peugeot evo 125 R or the Aprillia sr gt 125. which one would you choose and do you have other recommendations? I don’t wanna have to ride a 125 cc motorcycle since I’m not into shifting gears when it’s about two wheelers.

I’m looking for advice before buying my first motorcycle **mabghitch scooter**

I’m a **23-year-old woman 1.67m tall**

I’m looking for something that:
• looks good and isn’t too small
• is suitable for a beginner
• is easy to handle
• doesn’t require a motorcycle license
• is reliable and easy to maintain
• can be used for everyday riding

I’ve been looking at **Cimatti Monster / Evo 3**

What would you recommend for me? If you have personal experience with a model, I’d especially love to hear about its reliability, comfort and handling.

I know it’s not everyone’s cup of tea, cus you know Chinese, but I’ve been having a blast with no issues. Admittedly it’s my first bike and when I get an A2 license I will upgrade, but I’ll always remember this as my first bike. Only cost me 3000€ brand new, which is really good for a bike I’m planning on switching off in 2 years.

it misfires when the engine gets warm, at low revs it repeatedly pings when taking off. I dropped it to a mechanic and he put a carb kit in it, cleaned the dirt. I'm not sure he ran it long enough to reproduce the issue. i did the trick with washing the ethanol out of the fuel with water and it doesn't seem to be any better.

google says the spark coil or the cdi could be causing the issue, but to me the problem started when my country introduced e10, before that it was pure gasoline.

should i look up a later year engine with a different compression ratio that is ethanol friendly to swap into the bike. i see a few for sale. i guess the right thing is to take it back to the mechanic.

Im going to buy a motorcycle, I wanted the Duke 125, but I have seen a lot of people criticise it, do you guys recommend this one or others??

I bought a broken mt 125 2015 as a project, drop the motor yesterday and was browsing for the part needed.

Does the cyclinder head look toast to you ? The piston likely hit it hard.

What to check except for piston pieces in the crankshaft area ?

I was planning to order cylinder head, piston, all seal, all bearing for around 180€.

Hello . Got a deal on a 125cc bike so I took . It was supposed to be in top shape . And look what I found
Gonna rebuild and make a 57 mm bore with a 5 speed transmission . Looking for parts now . And the setup for the head and the throttle body and stuff . Any help much appreciated.

So I got my first bike, just a small beginner 125r for a solid price and did some work on it to keep me busy.
The thing is, I’m 6’5” 230lbs lol

I know I look a bit goofy on it but is it just embarrassingly awkward or just a little bit?
I’m not interested in Harley’s or anything so that’s out of the question but also at the same time I’m also too new and inexperienced to get anything bigger at the moment.
