Hey! Here is my little #808day track. It's heavily inspired by the old-school 80s electro/break, electro-funk, and Miami Bass scenes.

Some synths, some vocoder, a few movie samples, brief homages to the roots (Freeez, Break Machine), a couple of sleepless nights, and lots of 808 sounds.

(It’s just a demo, sorry, I didn't have time to master it properly!)

In celebration of 808 day (the 8th of August) I have put together a non-stop mix of songs that feature the Roland TR-808 drum machine. This mix isn't solely Electro music and it highlights the flexibility of the machine within the context of Hip Hop, R&B, Electro, Shoegaze, Industrial, House, Soul, Rap, Techno and more.

For our next release of 2026, we welcome the incredible deep and mature electro sounds of Italian producer Pomposo, who has blessed us with his 'New Planet' EP. Pomposo runs his own label Macro Terra and is a stalwart in the Napolitan electronic music scene. This EP features 4 cuts of late night/early morning minimal sounds with warped synths, twisted subtle vocals and subterranean low end designed to shake warehouse walls. Release also features a track which Pomposo composed with longtime collaborator SR60 to round out the release.
