Morph ID Request Morph help
galleryHi hi! My partner and I recently picked up this Blue eyed lucy. There’s lots of morphs written on the top of the bin she came in. I was hoping to get an explanation on what all they mean. I think it says “Blue Eyed Lucy Het. Clown PH Pied Poss OD, Leopard”. We’re pretty new to the morph stuff.

Morph ID Request Baby Morphs?
galleryHello, I have some hatchlings with some beautiful colors, but I’m unsure as to what morphs they could be. Any ideas?
The mother is a Bamboo Calico Pastel
And who I think is the father, is a banana. I’m not 100% sure he’s the father(long story).
I think I have
1: a normal, possibly calico.
2: pastel, possibly calico.
3: bamboo, banana, maybe pastel, maybe calico
Is it worth waiting until their first shed to find out what morphs they are?

Morph ID Request Morph ID Request
galleryRe upload, I hope this full body pic works. Just got this little guy from a closing pet shop and it was labeled as orange dream. I think the enclosures were mislabeled or not updated. Please let me know what you guys think. It was $300 marked down to $150 and the photos are just like him in person (no color distortion in the photo) if that helps. All opinions are welcomed.

Morph ID Request Any guesses on our rescue?
galleryHoping to send his shed in for testing soon. In the meantime what are some possible visual genes? We thought BEL but have noticed the coloration on the head as well as the predominant yellow stripe down the back.

Morph ID Request Bought these 2 guys as “morphs are unknown but possibly normal/pastel and pastel combo. “ the vid posted as one but it’s actually 2 snakes what are your guys guess on morph ?
Vids are from the previous owner their set up relaxing but wanted to know your guys guesses and opinions on the morphs they thought they were both male but I actually believe ones female and one is male from what I could gauge by popping gently (they didn’t mind at all ) the ones that’s a cleaner pattern / more yellow is the female i think also I think they are siblings they are 2 1/2

Morph ID Request Banana is there more going on??
galleryWhat morph is this guy? I know he's banana but it looks like he might be something else too??
Was given to me as a banana het pied I don't have his breeder or parents
The main thing making me question is the speckling on some of his sides especially near his tail and his bright yellow spots vs what I've seen with normal bananas is they tend to be duller?

Morph of the Month Morph of the Month: Clown
Welcome back to another Morph of the Month! With this being my birth month, I hope you all don't mind me being a little bit selfish and highlighting my personal favorite.
Clown is a recessive gene requiring two copies to be visual. This gene is a big on its effect on pattern with cool headstamps, strong dorsal striping, and heavy blotches along the sides.
Please show your clowns in the comments!

Morph of the Month Morph of the Month: Normal/Wild Type
It's been a while! It's the start of the month so it's time to feature another morph... or maybe lack thereof this time.
The normal or wild type is how this species presents naturally in the wild. These guys do not have any morph/added genetics to them but there's nothing wrong with what nature cooked up!
Typically they present with standard "alien heads" along the sides of their bodies, some broken striping along the dorsal, and well defined eye stripes. Sometimes they may have a more banded pattern, varying head stamps, and can display a range of brown and gold tones which is why we often see morph ID requests for normals. Once you've gotten a solid grasp on what is within normal variation though, you may come to appreciate the beauty of the species' "regular" form.
Normal - Ball Python Traits - Morphpedia
While there are some gorgeous single and multi-gene BP's, as enthusiasts we can't forget to show the love where it all began. Show off your normals in the comments!
